Several months ago, I had to have a new alternator placed in my car, so I had the guys at Tire World take care of it for me. This past weekend, on my way north to Birmingham, the alternator went out. I had the car towed back to Mandeville and had Tire World again work on the car for me. Despite being plenty busy with other customers, they took care of my problem and had me back on the road in a couple of days. Justin went out of his way to help me get into the car to get my belongings out -- the battery was completely dead which meant I couldn't lock the car or get into my trunk. Justin was very helpful and polite in handling my situation. Top-notch customer service on his part.

Technicians listen well and provide educated feedback for everything from a simple hood rattle to selecting the best tires for your driving style. Prices are fair and provided upfront. Brought in my Corolla to have proper psi replenished in driver's side front tire. A sensor alerted me there was low tire pressure. Hunter and the new tech I spoke with at the counter handled everything for me without delay. Great team you have Justin. Thanks again

Tire World is an example of how a business should be run. They are knowledgable, friendly and above all, honest. It makes a difference when you can trust the people you deal with, and I have the utmost faith in Tire World. In fact, I'm comfortable with my wife taking her SUV in by herself. Once, they told her that a service the dealership was 'recommending' (i.e. selling) was not necessary, and suggested a less expensive alternative that made more sense. Another time, when I first went there years ago, I thought I wanted a very expensive premium tire for our sports car, not only did the owner recommend a less expensive, non-premium brand tire, they actually rode better than the 'premium' tires we had on the car. For all of your car care needs, go to Tire World. You won't be disappointed, but you will wonder why you hadn't gone there sooner!
